Every plan starts with a 3-day free trial, with $5 of Claude credit included. Checkout asks for a card, and nothing is charged until day 4, when your first month is charged at the plan’s price, plus tax where applicable. We email you a link that signs you in to your Cloud, and a reminder 1 day before your first payment. To stop, cancel from the billing page before day 4 and you pay nothing.

If you cancel during the trial, or your first payment doesn’t go through, your Cloud stops when the trial ends. Its files are kept for 3 days, then deleted. Subscribe from your Cloud page before then and the same Cloud comes back, files and all.

The free trial is one per person. If you’ve had a Cloud or a trial before, sign in to subscribe: your plan starts right away and is charged today.

Every plan runs your bots on a cloud workspace of their own that stays on around the clock, with cloud computers, voice and automations. Starter is the smallest and lowest-priced. The plans differ in how many computer-hours and how much speech you get a month, how big the cloud machine is, and support: Pro and Max get priority email support.

Your free trial includes $5 of Claude credit, once, so your bots can start working before you connect anything. Bots use it through MausBot’s own engine, not Claude Code. Beyond that, no plan includes AI usage: connect your own Claude or ChatGPT account, or an API key, on your Cloud machine, and your bots use that instead of the credit. Heavy 24/7 use can hit your plan’s limits; Claude Max or an API key is recommended.

Your bots act on a schedule, when another app sends a webhook, or when something happens in a connected app, such as a new Gmail email, a HubSpot deal or a Stripe payment. Gmail is checked every 15 minutes; other apps arrive within seconds. Tell a bot in a sentence, such as “when I get an email from Acme, draft a reply”, and it sets one up. On Cloud they run with your laptop closed.

Yes, on every plan. Your bots get as many cloud computers as they need, up to 15 at once, each with a live desktop you can watch or take over, with no account or key to set up. How many computer-hours you get a month depends on your plan.

Yes, on every plan, and in the free app too. Live voice calls use your own OpenAI key, and OpenAI bills each call to it: add the key in Settings → API keys. The voice included with Cloud is for your bots’ spoken replies.

Cloud computers and voice are covered by fair use. Cloud computers: up to 15 at once, on every plan. Computer-hours and speech are set by plan. Starter: 100 computer-hours a month and about 30 minutes of speech a month; Pro: 300 computer-hours a month and about an hour of speech a month; Max: 800 computer-hours a month and about 3 hours of speech a month. A small computer counts as half an hour, and allowances reset on the 1st of each month (UTC). During the 3-day free trial you get 3/30 of each monthly allowance; the full allowance starts with your first payment. AI model usage is set by your own provider’s plan.

No. The free, open-source app keeps working locally without a Cloud account. Cloud is an optional service, not a replacement for the app.
